Handle inbound and outbound calls with clients in a professional manner.
Answer customer questions and provide helpful solutions.
Explain and promote company services to potential clients.
Understand customer needs and help them choose the right service.
Meet monthly sales and performance targets.
Keep customer information updated in the company database.
Maintain a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Follow company rules, policies, and office procedures.
Work professionally and respectfully with clients and team members.
Perform any additional tasks assigned by management.
Working hours will follow standard office time, 9.00 AM to 6.30 PM.
