Education:
    • Diploma in Hotel Management in Hospitality Management

Additional Requirements:

  • Must be fluent in English & Bangla (both spoken and written).

  • Strong sales and client acquisition skills.

  • Must be a hotelier by mindset and profession.

  • Strong sense of responsibility and ability to handle pressure.

  • Confident to stand for what’s right and act as a true team leader.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Actively manage all operational aspects of the branch: front office, housekeeping, food quality, billing, payments, and guest services.

  • Identify current and prospective sales opportunities and develop strategic plans for revenue generation.

  • Supervise and guide front office staff in check-in/check-out procedures, guest inquiries, and reservation handling.

  • Monitor and maintain high standards of room cleanliness, hygiene, and ambiance to ensure guest satisfaction.

  • Ensure daily visitor and booking tracking is maintained accurately.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with in-house guests to ensure high service standards and overall satisfaction.

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and expansion strategies.

  • Maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and partners for continuous business flow.

  • Implement staff training programs to improve operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.

  • Resolve complaints and grievances with professionalism.

  • Supervise staffing levels and ensure optimal manpower allocation.

  • Lead, train, and oversee the front desk team for performance and excellence.

  • Ensure the cleanliness, presentation, and readiness of the entire branch at all times.
