Responsibilities & Context:
1. Client Consultation: Advising clients on visa types, application procedures, and required documentation for various countries.
2. Application Preparation & Submission: Assisting clients in completing visa application forms accurately and submitting them to the respective embassies or consulates.
3. Documentation & Compliance: Reviewing clients’ documents to ensure all requirements are met and providing guidance to resolve any issues.
4. Follow-up & Updates: Tracking visa application status, informing clients about updates, and providing support until the visa is approved.
