Responsibilities & Context:
IT Infrastructure & System Support
Maintain and monitor all IT systems, networks, servers and hardware.
Install, configure and troubleshoot computers, printers, routers, switches and other IT equipment.
Ensure uninterrupted connectivity 24/7.
Liaise with software vendors and other department for any issue resolution.
Data Backup, Recovery & Monitoring
Perform daily data backups.
Ensure safe data storage and quick recovery when required.
User Support & IT Helpdesk
Provide technical support to all department and management.
Resolve issues related to software, hardware, network and email.
Maintain documentation of IT issues, resolution steps and system inventories.
System Maintenance & Reporting
Conduct preventive maintenance of IT equipment.
Maintain records of licenses, hardware, software subscriptions, warranties and vendor contracts.
Prepare periodic IT status reports for management.
Website & Digital Support (if required)
Support company website updates, email hosting, domain and digital services.
