Responsibilities & Context: Job Responsibilities:
Manage and improve the overall customer experience from inquiry to post-sale support.
Handle inbound & outbound sales inquiries through call, WhatsApp, Facebook, and email.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable tour packages and travel services.
Ensure timely follow-ups, lead conversion, and customer satisfaction.
Maintain and update customer data using CRM systems.
Resolve customer concerns professionally and ensure positive brand representation.
Work closely with the sales and operations team to achieve sales targets.
