Responsibilities & Context:
Ensure cost controlling processes for overall resort activities.
Conduct in-depth cost analysis for all product categories, including raw materials, labor, overhead, and transportation costs.
Develop and maintain cost models to calculate the cost of goods sold (COGS) for restaurants & Kitchen.
Identify areas for cost optimization and efficiency improvements within the production process and sale.
Prepare regular cost reports and present findings to senior management to support informed decision-making.
Implement and monitor cost control measures to ensure adherence to budgeted costs and targets.
Stay updated on industry regulations and standards related to costing, and ensure compliance within the organization.
Work closely with Purchase, Store, kitchen and restaurant teams to ensure cost controlling processes.
