• Ensure cost controlling processes for overall resort activities.

• Conduct in-depth cost analysis for all product categories, including raw materials, labor, overhead, and transportation costs.

• Develop and maintain cost models to calculate the cost of goods sold (COGS) for restaurants & Kitchen.

• Identify areas for cost optimization and efficiency improvements within the production process and sale.

• Prepare regular cost reports and present findings to senior management to support informed decision-making.

• Implement and monitor cost control measures to ensure adherence to budgeted costs and targets.

• Stay updated on industry regulations and standards related to costing, and ensure compliance within the organization.

• Work closely with Purchase, Store, kitchen and restaurant teams to ensure cost controlling processes.
