Responsibilities & Context:
Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Reservation Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing air ticket bookings, developing sales strategies, and providing excellent customer service. This role combines technical reservation skills with active marketing to drive company growth.
Key Responsibilities
Ticketing & Reservations: Manage domestic and international air ticket bookings, reissues, and cancellations using GDS platforms (e.g., Sabre, Amadeus, or Galileo).
Sales & Marketing: Implement marketing policies to promote travel packages and services to new and existing clients.
Customer Support: Handle client inquiries regarding flight schedules, fares, and travel regulations professionally.
Sales Targets: Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the company’s revenue growth.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales, commissions, and daily transactions.
