Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to lead the daily operations of our Italian and Arabic restaurant. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a deep appreciation for both cuisines, and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences while maintaining efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations for Italian and Arabic dining services

• Lead, train, and supervise front-of-house and support staff

• Ensure exceptional customer service and culturally respectful hospitality

• Coordinate with kitchen teams to maintain food quality, authenticity, and presentation

• Manage staff scheduling, payroll, and performance evaluations

• Monitor inventory, purchasing, and cost control for food and labor

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations

• Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns professionally

• Track sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue
