Job Overview:

Join us as a Guest Relations Officer (GRO) Intern, where you will represent the elegant and upscale environment of Cityscape Lifestyle. You will be the first point of contact for guests and play a crucial role in delivering premium guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Warmly welcome and greet guests upon arrival

• Provide accurate guidance about services, facilities, and membership offers

• Maintain a polished, professional, and guest-friendly environment

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless guest experiences

• Observe guest behavior, identify service improvement opportunities, and report to supervisors

• Uphold brand standards, grooming, hospitality etiquette, and communication protocols
