Responsibilities & Context:

• Counsel students on study abroad opportunities, helping them understand various options and answering their queries professionally.

• Handle a high volume of immigration-related matters, providing timely and accurate assistance.

• Utilize telemarketing skills to effectively convince and motivate clients, ensuring they are confident in their choices.

• Provide excellent customer service, attending to student enquiries face-to-face, via phone, or email.

• Follow up with student enquiries, requests, and complaints, ensuring that all concerns are addressed promptly and thoroughly.

• Support marketing efforts both offline and online, ensuring effective promotions.

• Actively participate in educational exhibitions, fairs, and seminars.

• Doing Face Live and Making Video Content for Promotion

• Create engaging promotional content for brand promotion, including Facebook/Instagram Live sessions, Reels, and other video content.

• Perform any tasks assigned by management to ensure smooth operations.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with partner institutions abroad, staying informed about their programs and admission requirements.
