Responsibilities & Context:

Job Context
We are looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented, and experienced professional to join our HR team as Assistant Manager/ Sr. Excutive – Payroll. The incumbent will be responsible for managing payroll operations, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies, and delivering accurate and timely payroll processing.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing for all employees.

  • Ensure accurate calculation of salaries, overtime, bonuses, incentives, and deductions.

  • Maintain payroll records and employee compensation data.

  • Coordinate attendance, leave, and payroll inputs with relevant departments.

  • Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Labor Law, Income Tax regulations, and company policies.

  • Prepare payroll-related reports, MIS, and management summaries.

  • Handle employee payroll queries and resolve discrepancies.

  • Support payroll audits and statutory compliance requirements.

  • Collaborate with HR and Finance teams for salary disbursement and reconciliation.

  • Recommend and implement payroll process improvements.
