Job Responsibilities

• Devising and establishing a company's quality procedures, standards and specifications.

• Reviewing customer requirements and make sure they meet the standards for quality.

• To reduce waste and increase efficiency.

• To define quality procedures in conjunction with operating staff.

• Set up and maintain controls and documentation procedures.

• Monitor performance by gathering relevant data and producing statistical reports.

• Make suggestions for changes and improvements and how to implement them.

• Use relevant quality tools and make sure managers and other staff understand how to improve the business.

• Make sure the company is working as effectively as possible to keep up with competitors.

• Full responsibility for quality function within the location through the entire manufacturing process including incoming, in process, finished goods inspection, and testing.

• Plan, promote, and organize training activities related to product quality and reliability.

• Develop and maintain quality assurance objectives and coordinates objectives with production procedures in cooperation with the Production Department.

• Develop and analyze statistical data and product specifications to determine present standards and establish proposed quality and reliability expectancy of finished products
