HRD and OD: On the Job Training, Off the Job Training, Development and Implementation of Company Policies.

Industrial Relations: Management-Employee Relations, WPC, Liaison with Govt. Labor Dept, Registers as per L/Laws.

Occupational Health & Safety: Protect from Safety Hazards, Safety Committee, Fire Prevention/Detection/Protection, Fire Committee, Handling of Accident Matters, Medical Services, Medical Center Operation, First Aid Appliances, Health Awareness & Epidemic Prevention.

Welfare Services: Canteen/Mess Management, House Keeping & Cleanliness, Sanitation, Utility Services, Gardening, Trade Union/WPC, Social Events.

Salary Administration: Salary/Wages Structure, Job Evaluation, Job Description, & Job Specification, Performance Evaluation, Wage/Salary Schedule Preparation.

Compliance and Others: Compliance Audit, Internal Audit, External Audit, Manage non-compliance & continuous improvement, Certifications.
