Responsibilities & Context:
The applicants should be experienced in Building Construction.
Good communication with Authorities, reporting and presentation skill.
Should have knowledge about the layout plan/Drawing/Design/Autocad/Preparation of bill/Estimate and total Construction procedure.
Should capable of computer literature.
Should be capable of analyzing Progress report.
Should be capable to handling subcontractors/local/ political problem & taking program based on environment/ situation.
Should be experience of BOQ and store oriented work.
Ensure smooth service to the Projects by physical presence.
