• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Excellent communication and reporting abilities

• Ability to work in shifts and handle on-call responsibilities, if required

• Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

• Knowledge about client support (ISP).

• Having practical knowledge to configure networking OLT, Router and Switch (Like BDCOM, VSOL, HUWEAI, Mikrotik, Cisco, and Juniper).

• Ability to handle on-call responsibilities.

• Ability to work well under pressure and deadline environments

• Ability to work on 24/7 roster duty.

Skills & Expertise

• CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate)

• MTCNA

Working with Any kind of Network troubleshooting and outage Issue.

Working with Different types of Routing Protocols like Static, OSPF, BGP with Multiple Network.

Configure and maintain LAN, WAN, VPN, and wireless networks.

Monitoring network with network monitoring tools.

Reporting network status to the superior.
