Responsibilities & Context:
Must have basic knowledge of fundamental IT troubleshooting and technical support.
Must have knowledge of network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, and wireless systems.
Provide timely and accurate technical assistance to clients and end users.
Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Office 365) and Google Workspace (G Suite).
Ability to install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and other IT equipment.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, email, and network-related issues.
Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
Must have good command of written and spoken English.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
