Responsibilities & Context:
Job Responsibilities
Provide onsite and remote IT support, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of client issues.
Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and system-related problems.
Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, LAN, Wi-Fi, and other IT infrastructure.
Design, develop, and maintain responsive and user-friendly websites using WordPress.
Develop and maintain dynamic, scalable web applications using the Laravel framework and related technologies.
Monitor system performance and implement necessary updates and improvements.
Coordinate with clients to understand requirements and provide effective technical solutions.
Prepare technical documentation and maintain service records.
Perform any other IT and web development tasks assigned by management.
