Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Schedule and assign tasks to team operators, considering production targets and deadlines.
∎ Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and market penetration.
∎ Ensure that production targets are met while maintaining quality standards Enforce quality control processes to maintain the high standard.
∎ Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring continuous engagement and customer satisfaction.
∎ Knowledge Technical equipment and Terms.
∎ Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
∎ Conduct competitor analysis to refine sales approaches and strengthen market positioning.
∎ Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate seamless onboarding and implementation for enterprise clients
∎ Track and analyze sales performance, revenue growth, and pipeline progress, reporting insights to senior management.
∎ Location: Azimpur, Lalbag, Dhaka.
