Responsibilities & Context:

মূল দায়িত্বসমূহ :
নতুন কাস্টমার তৈরি: বিভিন্ন রেস্তোরাঁ, ক্যাফে, সুপারশপ, করপোরেট অফিস এবং রিটেইল দোকানে কোম্পানির পণ্য বিক্রির জন্য নতুন কাস্টমার বা ক্লায়েন্ট খোঁজা।
সেলস টার্গেট পূরণ: কোম্পানির দেওয়া মাসিক এবং বার্ষিক সেলস টার্গেট সফলভাবে পূরণ করা।
সম্পর্ক উন্নয়ন: বিদ্যমান ও নতুন কাস্টমারদের সাথে দীর্ঘমেয়াদী ও সুদৃঢ় ব্যবসায়িক সম্পর্ক বজায় রাখা।
মার্কেট মনিটরিং: বাজারের অন্যান্য প্রতিযোগী কোম্পানির পণ্যের দাম এবং কৌশল পর্যবেক্ষণ করে কর্তৃপক্ষকে জানানো।
অর্ডার ও ডেলিভারি নিশ্চিতকরণ: কাস্টমারদের কাছ থেকে নিয়মিত অর্ডার নেওয়া এবং সময়মতো পণ্য ডেলিভারি নিশ্চিত করতে টিমের সাথে সমন্বয় করা।
বাকি টাকা আদায়: কাস্টমারদের কাছ থেকে সময়মতো বিক্রয়কৃত পণ্যের বকেয়া টাকা (Payment Collection) আদায় করা।
রিপোর্টিং: দৈনিক বা সাপ্তাহিক কাজের এবং বিক্রয়ের রিপোর্ট সেলস ম্যানেজারের কাছে জমা দেওয়া।
oঅভিজ্ঞ প্রার্থীদের অগ্রাধিকার দেওয়া হবে।
অভিজ্ঞতার ক্ষেত্রে বেতন আলোচনা সাপেক্ষ।
