About the Role:

We are a global crypto fintech company looking for a Social Media Manager to take full ownership of our social media presence across 10+ accounts (YouTube Shorts, TikTok, Instagram Reels, X/Twitter, Threads, and more). You will own the entire process end-to-end: planning content, creating videos and visuals, publishing, managing engagement, analyzing performance, and building the growth strategy. This is a full ownership role for someone who can both create and think strategically.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Planning & Strategy

- Plan and own the content calendar across all platforms

- Develop platform-specific content strategies to grow reach, engagement, and followers

- Research trends, hooks, and formats and turn them into content ideas

Content Creation

- Produce short-form videos (editing, captions, hooks, transitions, trending audio)

- Design card news / carousels and other visual content

- Adapt content natively per platform (no watermarks; avoid duplicate-content penalties)

- Write platform-optimized captions and hashtags

Publishing & Management

- Schedule and publish content daily across 10+ platforms

- Monitor and respond to comments and DMs

- Maintain consistent brand voice and posting cadence

Analytics & Optimization

- Track and analyze metrics (views, watch time, retention, engagement rate, follower growth)

- Run A/B tests (hooks, thumbnails, posting times) and optimize based on data

- Report insights and improvement plans weekly

Requirements:

- Proven experience managing AND growing social media accounts (please share examples/metrics)

- Short-form video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, or similar)

- Graphic/visual content creation (Canva, Figma, or similar) for card news/carousels

- Strong understanding of analytics and engagement across platforms

- Familiarity with YouTube Shorts, TikTok, Instagram Reels, X, Threads algorithms

- Data-driven and strategic mindset

- Reliable internet and consistent daily availability

- Self-managing and able to own projects independently

- Interest in crypto/finance/trading is a plus (not required)

Nice to Have:

- Track record of growing an account from small to large

- Experience in crypto/fintech/trading content

- Multilingual content experience
