Experience:
Good understanding of Sales, Marketing, Customer Relationship Management, and Business Development.
Basic knowledge of Accounting, Budgeting, Costing, Invoicing, and Financial Calculations.
Proven ability to lead, manage, and motivate teams effectively.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to prepare quotations, proposals, reports, and project documentation.
Strong sense of responsibility, honesty, professionalism, and leadership.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) will be an advantage.
Willingness to travel for project execution and client meetings when required.
Promote and sell Solar Power Systems, Electrical Panels, IPS, Batteries, Generators, and other electrical products and solutions.
Conduct site visits, load calculations, system design, and prepare technical and commercial quotations based on client requirements.
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads for electrical and renewable energy projects..
Lead and coordinate field technicians, engineers, and project teams to ensure timely project completion.
Coordinate with the Accounts Department regarding invoicing, payment collection, project billing, and financial documentation.
Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure excellent customer service.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and industry regulations.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Perform any other duties assigned by management.
