Responsibilities & Context:
Paragon Group is one of the largest conglomerate in the country is looking for honest, dynamic and experienced professional to join its Sales Team.
Business Units: Tea, Milk, Dry Food, Frozen Food & Food Outlets
Responsibility:
Monitoring and supervising sales force for achieving the target.
Achieve primary & secondary sales targets in the assigned area.
Monitoring market trend and competitors activities & provide feedback.
Ensure timely lifting of products by distributors.
Ensuring promotional activities executed properly.
Searching new customers/dealers and develop the market.
Analyzing distribution channel viability & distribution opportunities.
Maintain proper visibility, visibility, merchandising, and promotional execution in retail outlets.
Any other assignment related to sales and marketing given by the management/superior.
