Role Description: This is a full-time, on-site Technical Support Specialist role based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The Technical Support Specialist will provide front + back end support to internal users and production teams by diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving hardware, software, and network issues.

Responsibilities include responding to support inquiries, documenting issues and solutions, escalating complex problems when necessary, and ensuring minimal disruption to daily operations. The role also involves maintaining and updating systems, assisting with new technology rollouts, and coordinating with vendors or external service providers when required. The Technical Support Specialist will work closely with cross-functional teams and report directly to the Director, to improve user experience, maintain high customer satisfaction, and uphold company standards for security and compliance.

Qualifications:

• Strong foundation in Technical Support and Troubleshooting, with experience resolving hardware, software, and network issues in a business environment.

• Analytical Skills to diagnose complex technical problems, identify root causes, and recommend effective long-term solutions.

• Familiarity with remote support tools, and advanced IT security and data protection practices.

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

• Ability to work on-site in Uttara, Dhaka, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Prior experience in manufacturing, garments, or a large-scale industrial setting is an advantage.

• Be proficient with LinkedIn postings, website management and hosting technologies, server optimization, SEO etc.

• Proficiency in English and Bangla, with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Working close with the IT departments at factories in Savar and Gazipur, you will be based at Uttara Head Office. This position is challenging yet simple; work loads can vary based on needs.
