Job Context

Web Magnate is a digital solutions company working with international partners in the fintech, trading, Forex, online finance, and digital marketing industries. We are looking for an experienced Graphic Designer – UI/UX & Video Content to join our creative team.

This role is ideal for someone who can design modern website sections, landing pages, social media creatives, YouTube thumbnails, video visuals, marketing graphics, and user-friendly UI layouts for finance and trading-related projects.

The selected candidate will work closely with our SEO, content, web development, and video teams to create high-quality visual assets for websites, broker review pages, financial content, YouTube videos, social media, and digital campaigns.

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented designer who understands modern UI/UX design, visual hierarchy, branding, layout structure, typography, color balance, and conversion-focused design.

Key Responsibilities

• Design modern, clean, and professional website sections, landing page layouts, blog graphics, broker review visuals, comparison tables, banners, and UI components.

• Create user-friendly UI/UX designs for finance, Forex, trading, broker review, fintech, and digital marketing websites.

• Design high-quality YouTube thumbnails, featured images, social media posts, ad creatives, promotional banners, and marketing graphics.

• Create visual assets for broker reviews, trading platform pages, financial guides, comparison pages, award pages, and educational content.

• Produce simple video content, motion graphics, short promotional videos, YouTube video visuals, intro/outro graphics, and animated elements when needed.

• Work with the content and SEO team to create visuals that improve user engagement, click-through rate, readability, and conversion rate.

• Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are practical, responsive, clean, and easy to implement.

• Improve existing website designs by making them more modern, professional, readable, and conversion-focused.

• Create designs that match brand guidelines, broker brand colors, finance-industry standards, and user experience best practices.

• Design graphics that support trust, credibility, professionalism, and clarity in finance-related content.

• Prepare design files, assets, icons, images, and layout references for developers and content publishers.

• Maintain consistency across website pages, YouTube thumbnails, social media graphics, and marketing materials.

• Stay updated with modern UI/UX trends, finance website design standards, YouTube thumbnail styles, and digital marketing design practices.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, UI Designer, Visual Designer, Creative Designer, or similar role.

• Strong portfolio showing website design, UI sections, landing pages, social media graphics, YouTube thumbnails, and marketing creatives.

• Good understanding of UI/UX principles, including layout, spacing, typography, visual hierarchy, color balance, readability, and user flow.

• Experience designing modern website sections, landing pages, banners, cards, tables, CTA areas, and content visuals.

• Ability to create clean, professional, pixel-perfect designs suitable for finance, fintech, Forex, broker review, or corporate websites.

• Experience creating YouTube thumbnails, video graphics, short video visuals, or motion design assets.

• Strong skills in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva, or similar tools.

• Basic video editing or motion graphics skills using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar software.

• Ability to understand content topics and turn them into clear, engaging, and professional visual designs.

• Strong attention to detail, consistency, alignment, spacing, and brand presentation.

• Ability to work with feedback and revise designs based on project requirements.

Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple design tasks.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing for Forex, finance, trading, fintech, investment, crypto, stock market, or broker review websites.

• Experience creating YouTube thumbnails for finance, trading, business, or educational channels.

• Understanding of conversion-focused design, CTR-focused thumbnails, landing page structure, and visual storytelling.

• Basic understanding of website development limitations and responsive design.

• Experience working with WordPress, Elementor, Webflow, Figma-to-HTML workflows, or developer handoff.

• Knowledge of finance-industry visual style, including trust-focused layouts, broker comparison designs, rating sections, review pages, and CTA sections.

• Ability to create simple animations, reels, short-form videos, explainer visuals, and social media video content.

• Experience with AI design tools is a plus, but original design sense and professional creativity are more important.

Additional Requirements

• Strong interest in digital marketing, finance, Forex, trading, fintech, and online business topics.

• Ability to work from office.

• Must be comfortable creating designs for websites, YouTube, social media, and video content.

• Must be able to provide a portfolio or previous design samples.

• Must be able to complete a short design test if required.

• Must be willing to follow our design quality, branding, UI/UX, and content guidelines.
