• Ability to achieve monthly sales targets and work under pressure.

• Must be proactive, self-motivated, and result-oriented.

• Willing to work in the field and visit customers regularly.

• Good knowledge of local areas, customer network, and market trends.

• Basic computer literacy (MS Office, CRM, Email communication, etc.).

• Team player with a positive attitude and integrity.

·       Conduct regular client visits for new requirements and maintain existing relationships.

·       Achieve monthly sales targets with a result-oriented approach. Prepare & daily update sales pipelines.

·       Participate in daily weekly and monthly sales meetings.

·       Handle pressure with initiative and independence.

·       Update management on sales progress periodically.

·       Demonstrate ability to work independently and lead a team.

·       Conduct market research and analyze competitors` strategies.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are essential.
