Education:
  • Master’s degrees in Human Resource Management, Management, Law, Public Administration, or related discipline from any reputed university.

  • PGDHRM from BIM will be preferred.

Additional Requirements:
  • Age 25 to 35 years
  • 2–5 years of experience in Industrial Relations, HR Operations, or Compliance.

  • Experience in Manufacturing, FMCG, RMG, Beverage, Textile, or Industrial environments will be preferred.



Responsibilities & Context:
  1. Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Labor Act, Labor Rules, and company policies.

  2. Handle employee grievances and support dispute resolution processes.

  3. Conduct disciplinary investigations and prepare necessary documentation.

  4. Coordinate domestic inquiries, show-cause notices, warning letters, and charge sheets.

  5. Maintain employee disciplinary records and legal documentation.

  6. Support labor-management communication and employee relations initiatives.

  7. Assist in handling labor inspections, audits, and compliance assessments.

  8. Organize worker participation committee meetings and employee engagement programs.

  9. Monitor workplace discipline and recommend corrective actions.

  10. Coordinate with factory management regarding labor-related issues.

  11. Prepare periodic IR reports and management updates.
