Responsibilities & Context:

We are seeking a proactive and result-driven Executive / Senior Executive – HR (Retail Operations) to manage end-to-end HR functions and support smooth retail operations.

  • Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing while maintaining payroll records, attendance, leave, and other payroll-related data.

  • Manage manpower planning, budgeting, workforce deployment, attendance, absenteeism, and punctuality to support efficient retail operations.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, labor laws, and statutory requirements, while maintaining employee records and handling disciplinary matters.

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, onboarding, and talent pipeline management.

  • Administer KPI-based incentive programs, performance evaluations, probation reviews, and employee confirmation processes.

  • Identify training needs and coordinate learning, development, succession planning, and career progression initiatives.

  • Maintain positive employee relations by addressing grievances and executing employee engagement programs to foster a productive work environment.

  • Support the development and continuous improvement of HR policies, procedures, and practices, and prepare HR reports and workforce analytics for management decision-making.
