We are seeking a proactive and result-driven Executive / Senior Executive – HR (Retail Operations) to manage end-to-end HR functions and support smooth retail operations.
Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing while maintaining payroll records, attendance, leave, and other payroll-related data.
Manage manpower planning, budgeting, workforce deployment, attendance, absenteeism, and punctuality to support efficient retail operations.
Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, labor laws, and statutory requirements, while maintaining employee records and handling disciplinary matters.
Handle end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, onboarding, and talent pipeline management.
Administer KPI-based incentive programs, performance evaluations, probation reviews, and employee confirmation processes.
Identify training needs and coordinate learning, development, succession planning, and career progression initiatives.
Maintain positive employee relations by addressing grievances and executing employee engagement programs to foster a productive work environment.
Support the development and continuous improvement of HR policies, procedures, and practices, and prepare HR reports and workforce analytics for management decision-making.
