Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ Sound knowledge on MS Excel.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsible for tracking, auditing and minimizing damaged & expiry products in all stores.
∎ Responsible for ensuring correct stores/warehouse is fined for damaged products based on origin.
∎ Submitting monthly damaged & expiry reports.
∎ Making requisitions for the retail store based on fast moving & low stock reports on MIS.
∎ Ensuring clean, aesthetic & organized product displays in all stores.
∎ Suggesting required things to make store operations, customer service & displays better.
∎ Checking product knowledge of sales associates in stores.
∎ Communication between operations & management.
∎ Ensuring instructions are being followed in stores by store managers & sales associates.
∎ Auditing that correct price tags are on products & price tags are changed after any price change circular.
∎ Ensure products are removed from stores one month before expiry to warehouse.
∎ Leading inventory audits in stores & warehouse.
∎ Following up on monthly work schedules & sales trackers submitted by shop managers.
∎ Regularly training shop managers & sales associates about company policies.
∎ Ensuring execution of operational events, tasks & decisions.
