∎ Age at least 26 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Receive and record incoming materials into the Warehouse and issue and record materials removed from the Warehouse.
∎ Ensure proper storage of materials within the Warehouse according to stock locations.
∎ Conduct monthly inventory audit to ensure accurate inventory levels.
∎ Perform critical inventory tasks to verify the correct amount of items in stock based on packing lists received when receiving consignments.
∎ Maintain accurate and updated records of inventory, including transfers and cycle counts.
∎ Review documentation and monitor product codes to identify discrepancies.
∎ Troubleshoot quantity discrepancies between stock and records and update stock cards accordingly.
∎ Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement operational procedures to enhance efficiency.
∎ Plan for optimum layout and ensure efficient space utilization.
