Context:

The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating visually compelling designs that bring the SuperGolf brand to life across all media. This role produces high-quality creative assets for digital, print, out-of-home (OOH), in-venue, and collateral applications, ensuring brand consistency and visual excellence. The Graphic Designer works closely with the Brand Manager, Content Lead, and Copywriter to execute the brand vision from pre-opening through ongoing operations.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Identity & Visual Consistency

• Create and maintain a library of brand assets (logos, patterns, icons, templates).

• Adapt brand elements for various formats and media (digital, print, large format).

Pre-opening Marketing Collateral

• Design teaser campaign assets (social media graphics, billboards, digital ads, posters).

• Design brand reveal campaign assets (press conference backdrops, invitations, digital assets).

Campaign & Advertising Design

• Design print advertising (magazine ads, newspaper inserts, brochures).

• Design out-of-home (OOH) advertising (billboards, bus shelters, transit ads, digital screens).

• Design TV commercial storyboards and key visuals in collaboration with an agency.

Digital & Social Media Design

• Create social media graphics for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.

• Create website graphics (banners, icons, product images, landing page visuals).

• Design digital menu boards (in-venue screens, tablet menus).

In-Venue & Environmental Graphics

• Design in-venue signage (directional, wayfinding, and department identification).

• Create wall graphics and murals (brand messaging, heritage themes, golf inspiration).

• Design digital screen content (lobby screens, bay tablets, promotional loops).

Collateral & Print Production

• Design menu covers and inserts for all F&B outlets.

• Create business cards, letterheads, envelopes, and notepads (corporate stationery).

• Design brochures and flyers (corporate events, membership, promotions).

• Create uniform branding elements (embroidered logos, name badges).

Asset Management & File Organization

• Maintain an organized digital asset library (brand assets, photography, completed designs).

• Prepare print-ready files with proper bleeds, crops, and color profiles.
