Responsibilities & Context:
Position Summary
The HR Officer will manage recruitment, employee records, attendance, payroll support, onboarding, staff welfare, disciplinary matters, and compliance with Bangladesh labor regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Recruit and onboard new employees
Maintain employee records and personnel files
Monitor attendance, leave, and overtime
Coordinate payroll information with accounting
Handle employee grievances and disciplinary issues
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
Develop staff schedules and manpower plans
Support training and performance evaluations
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
2+ years HR experience preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Law
Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office
Salary: 16000 to 22000 (depends on experience)
