We pride ourselves on consistency, quality, and seamless operations. As our business expands, we are looking for a skilled Accountant to join our team and strengthen our financial management.
🔎 Position: Accountant
📝 Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update day-to-day financial records, ledgers, and accounts.
Prepare monthly financial statements, profit & loss reports, and balance sheets.
Handle accounts payable/receivable, vendor reconciliation, and petty cash.
Prepare VAT calculations, VAT return files, and ensure compliance with NBR regulations.
Create customer invoices (including VAT-inclusive and VAT-exclusive formats) using Zoho Books or similar accounting software.
Monitor daily sales reports from Loyverse POS and reconcile with bank deposits.
Assist in payroll preparation and maintain staff salary sheets.
Support budgeting, cost control, and reporting for food production and catering operations.
Maintain financial documentation for internal and external audits.
Collaborate with operations and procurement teams to support smooth business processes.
🎯 Preferred Experience
Experience in the Food, Catering, Restaurant, or Hospitality Industry is highly preferred.
Strong understanding of cost control, food costing, and inventory accounting is a bonus.
Familiarity with Zoho Books, Tally, QuickBooks, or similar accounting tools.
📚 Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 5 to 10 years of accounting experience.
Strong knowledge of VAT, tax compliance, and cash flow management.
Excellent Excel/Google Sheets skills.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure, manage deadlines, and maintain accuracy.
