Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Cost & Management Accounting, or a related discipline from a recognized university.
MBA/Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field will be an advantage.
Partly qualified or qualified CMA (ICMAB) candidates will be given preference.
2–3 years of relevant experience in Cost Accounting, Inventory Costing, or Product Costing.
Good command of both written and spoken Chinese (Mandarin), English and Bengali
Experience in a multinational manufacturing company will be considered an added advantage.
Experience in a manufacturing environment is mandatory.
Hands-on experience with inventory valuation and product cost calculation.
Experience with ERP
Chinese (Mandarin) language proficiency.

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Cost Accounting Executive / Officer with 2–3 years of experience in manufacturing cost accounting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inventory valuation, product costing, cost analysis, and supporting management with accurate cost information for decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain product costing and cost sheets.
Calculate and monitor raw material, work-in-process (WIP), and finished goods costs.
Perform inventory valuation and reconciliation on a regular basis.
Analyze material, labor, and manufacturing overhead costs.
Conduct cost variance analysis and identify areas for cost improvement.
Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities related to costing.
Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Procurement, and Finance teams to ensure accurate costing data.
Prepare cost reports and management information as required.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost control initiatives.
Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
