  • At least 4 years of relevant experience in HR functions.

  • Excellent communication skills in both Bangla and English.

  • Must have computer knowledge in MS Word, Excel, Power Point.

  • Good understanding of labor law 2006 (amended) or EPZ labor law 2019



Responsibilities & Context:

The Senior Executive / Assistant Manager - HR will oversee daily HR activities, ensuring HR practices align with company policies and local labor laws and BEPZA laws. Recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training and developments and employee relations—with a strong focus on complaint management, grievance handling, and maintaining a positive workplace culture.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate Recruitment, Selection and Onboarding.

  • Execute the full recruitment cycle from job posting and screening to interviews and offers.

  • Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates and assist in manpower planning.

  • Support HR initiatives to improve employee engagement and workplace culture.

  • Coordinate with departments for HR planning and employee development.

  • Maintain and update employee personal files.

  • Ensure employees are briefed on company rules, HR policies,

  • Coordinate grievance mechanisms and disciplinary procedure.

  • Identifying and determining the causes of personnel problems and developing recommendations for improvement.

  • Identify and coordinate employees training and skill development programs.

  • Preparing yearly training calendar according to TNA.

  • Maintain training attendance and evaluation records.

  • Any other duties assigned by the management.
