SGB (Smorgasbord Services) provides high-quality catering, canteen, and event food services to UN agencies and corporate clients. As our operations expand, we are hiring an Office Data Entry Clerk to support administrative accuracy and smooth daily operations.


🖥️ Position: Office Assistant (Data Entry MUST)

📝 Key Responsibilities

  • Enter, update, and maintain data in Google Sheets, Excel, and company databases.

  • Record daily sales, inventory usage, and kitchen production numbers accurately.

  • Assist in preparing invoices, quotations, and purchase orders.

  • Digitize receipts, bills, and documents for financial and administrative records.

  • Maintain organized filing systems (digital & physical).

  • Support HR and Accounts teams with data collection and entry.

  • Prepare basic reports and summaries as instructed.

  • Coordinate with the operations team to track daily menu counts and client orders.

  • Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and timely delivery of all assigned tasks.


🎯 Preferred Experience

  • Experience in an office, admin, or data entry role.

  • Experience in the food, catering, or restaurant industry is an advantage.

  • Familiarity with Google Sheets, Excel formulas, and cloud tools.


📚 Requirements

  • Minimum HSC; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

  • Typing speed and data accuracy must be strong.

  • Good command of English & Bangla for basic documentation.

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
