Education:

IELTS Overall Band Score of 6.5 or above, or equivalent English proficiency qualification.

Excellent English and Bangla reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension skills.

Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and internet applications.

Ability to understand and explain technical and professional documents.

Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities & Context:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Administrative & Documentation Assistant to support our engineering and construction consultancy team. The successful candidate will assist with document translation, technical document review, communication, and data management.

Key Responsibilities

Documentation & Translation

Translate documents from English to Bangla accurately and professionally.

Assist staff in understanding technical documents, emails, reports, guidelines, and project-related correspondence.

Prepare Bangla summaries and explanations of technical documents.

Review and organize project documentation and records.

Administrative Support

Perform accurate data entry and maintain company databases.

Organize and manage digital and physical project files.

Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and administrative documents.

Maintain document registers and tracking systems.

Communication & Coordination

Communicate professionally via phone, email, and online platforms.

Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, consultants, and stakeholders.

Follow up on project-related information, quotations, approvals, and documentation requirements.

Support management with day-to-day administrative tasks.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in any discipline from a recognized university.

IELTS Overall Band Score of 6.5 or above, or equivalent English proficiency qualification.

Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and internet applications.
