Position: General Manager
Company: Hujurat Construction and Development
Location: Rajshahi, Bangladesh
Hujurat Construction and Development is an international engineering and construction firm delivering design and construction solutions for Australian and global projects. We are seeking a highly experienced, disciplined, and responsible General Manager to lead office operations and manage staff effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Overall management of office operations and administration
Supervision, coordination, and performance monitoring of office staff
Project coordination and progress monitoring
Ensuring office discipline, reporting accuracy, and operational efficiency
Supporting senior management in planning, decision-making, and project execution
Ensuring timely completion of tasks and resolving operational issues
Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum Master’s degree from a recognized institution
Minimum age: 35 years
Proven experience in office and staff management
Strong computer skills (MS Office, email, reporting, documentation)
Excellent leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple responsibilities
Highly dedicated, sincere, and accountable
Strong moral and ethical values
Working Schedule
Office Days: Monday to Saturday
Office Hours:
Saturday–Thursday: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Friday: 6:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Commitment & Working Conditions
Must be the first person to arrive at the office daily
Must remain in the office at least 2 hours beyond official working hours
Willingness to work late hours, including night work, if required by projects
Probation Period
1 to 3 months, based on performance and suitability
