Algowork is hiring full-time Business Development Representatives to support our subsidiary service operation based in Tampa, Florida, USA.
You will be responsible for calling homeowners, introducing our service, and scheduling discounted appointments for our field technicians to complete.
This is not a casual or temporary role. We are looking for reliable team members who want to grow within the company. You will work directly with leadership and help generate the appointments that fuel our entire operation.
This is a full-time, in-office position reporting to our office in Dhaka.
Working hours will be:
11:00 AM – 8:00 PM U.S. Eastern Time = 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM Bangladesh Standard Time (the following morning) Monday through Friday
Note: Bangladesh hours shift one hour earlier (9:00 PM – 6:00 AM) during U.S. daylight saving time.
This schedule allows you to reach homeowners during the most effective calling hours in the United States. Consistency is extremely important for this role.
Because this is an in-office position, we provide everything you need to do the job — high-speed internet, a workstation, and a professional headset and microphone. You don't need your own computer or internet connection.

Your primary responsibility is outbound calling and appointment setting. We provide the systems and dialing tools that automatically generate calls for you — your job is to focus on speaking with homeowners and booking appointments.
You'll be responsible for:
Making outbound calls to homeowners in targeted neighborhoods
Introducing our service and our offer
Setting discounted service appointments for our technicians
Recording call outcomes in our system
Following the calling scripts and improving them over time
Maintaining a professional and friendly tone on every call
Hitting daily and weekly call and appointment targets
You will be trained on our systems, scripts, and appointment process. Experience with cold calling or sales is helpful, but the most important qualities are communication, discipline, and resilience.
There are four non-negotiables for this role.
1. Communication Skills You must speak clear, confident English and be comfortable having conversations with homeowners in the United States. This role requires professionalism, friendliness, and the ability to build quick rapport on the phone.
2. Reliability We depend on consistent calling activity every day. This is not a role where you log in casually or disappear during shifts. We are looking for someone who shows up consistently and treats the position seriously.
3. Determination Outbound calling requires persistence. Some people will say no. We need someone who stays positive, keeps dialing, and understands that results come from consistent effort.
4. Coachability We are constantly improving our scripts, processes, and approach. You must be open to feedback, training, and continuous improvement.
