অফিসের প্রয়োজনে বাহিরে যাবার মানসিকতা থাকতে হবে।
প্রয়োজনে অতিরিক্ত সময় কাজ করার মানসিকতা থাকতে হবে।
Microsoft Word, Excel, Graphics Design ও Printing এ দক্ষ হতে হবে।
কম্পিউটারের র্হাডওয়্যার ও সফটওয়্যার এর ওপর দক্ষতা থাকতে হবে।
Data Entry, E-mail, SMS ও অন্যান্য সামাজিক যোগাযোগ মাধ্যমে দক্ষ হতে হবে।
Interpersonal Skill Development হবে ।
