Responsibilities & Context:

THE RESPONSIBILITIES:

Data Analysis and Reporting

· Design, develop, and maintain accurate, scalable reporting frameworks to support business decisions across sales, marketing, finance, and leadership teams.

· Prepare and analyze B2B customer information, revenue data, and performance metrics to support management review and decision-making.

· Build interactive and automated reports and dashboards using Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and advanced techniques including VBA and Power Query.

· Use SQL to analyze large datasets and deliver actionable insights to Senior Management Teams.

· Develop and maintain insurance provider reports, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery.

· Validate data accuracy through systematic cross-checking and resolve inconsistencies in reports and dashboards

· Respond to ad-hoc reporting and data requests with speed and precision.

· Automate recurring reports to reduce manual effort and improve operational efficiency

Technical Skills – Python, SQL, Excel & Power BI

· Write, optimize, and maintain SQL queries to extract, validate, and analyze sales and operational data.

· Develop and maintain Python scripts for automating data extraction, transformation, cleaning, and reporting workflows.

· Enhance existing Python-based solutions by debugging issues and adapting logic to evolving business rules.

· Work with CSV, Excel, and database files using Python (primarily pandas and related libraries) for data processing, transformation, and report automation.

· Create and manage interactive dashboards and data models using Power BI, enabling real-time insights, performance tracking, and data storytelling.

· Leverage Microsoft Excel for advanced reporting, including Power Query, pivot tables, formulas, and VBA scripting for process automation.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new calculations, filters, and reporting logic in scripts and dashboards based on evolving requirements.

· Ensure all scripts, dashboards, and queries are version-controlled, well-documented, and securely stored to support maintainability and team collaboration.
