Job Context
Strong knowledge of international visa procedures (Schengen, UK, USA, Middle East, Asia, etc.).
Complete all the work from start to finish (End-to-end) of visa applications of various countries.
Verify and prepare the necessary legal and travel related documents with utmost precision.
Excellent documentation, communication, and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple visa applications under tight deadlines.
High attention to detail and confidentiality.
Stay up-to-date on the current rules and requirements of the Embassy.
Good negotiation skills with travel agents and service providers.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Design the necessary forms and promotional materials using Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator or Canva
