Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a relevant field with strong academic credentials; Master's degree preferred. PGD in HRM will be an added advantage
A minimum of two (02) years of relevant work experience is preferred
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to derive insights from recruitment data
Excellent conceptual thinking and process improvement skills to support talent acquisition and workforce planning
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting tools for recruitment analytics and dashboards
Ability to analyze hiring trends, recruitment metrics and workforce data to support decision-making
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage large volumes of confidential employee and candidate data
Excellent organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Methodical work approach with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Strong cultural awareness and sensitivity

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain and update employee information in the HRIS, ensuring real-time updates for any changes
Assist in conducting the recruitment and selection process, including job advertisements, CV screening, scheduling interviews, contacting candidates, managing competitive exams, physical interviews and overseeing the employee onboarding process
Generate standard and custom reports from the HRIS as and when required
Handle day-to-day HR operations along with periodic and special assignments
Drafting meeting minutes, office circular and different employee communications
Organize different employee engagement events
Involvement in employer branding and promote the organization's employer brand to attract top talent
Participate in HR projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing the employee experience and advancing organizational objectives
Stay abreast of HR trends, laws, regulations and recommend changes to enhance the effectiveness of HR services
