  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to derive insights from recruitment data

  • Excellent conceptual thinking and process improvement skills to support talent acquisition and workforce planning

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting tools for recruitment analytics and dashboards

  • Ability to analyze hiring trends, recruitment metrics and workforce data to support decision-making

  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage large volumes of confidential employee and candidate data

  • Excellent organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Methodical work approach with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail

  • Strong cultural awareness and sensitivity

Job Location: BRAC University

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain and update employee information in the HRIS, ensuring real-time updates for any changes

  • Assist in conducting the recruitment and selection process, including job advertisements, CV screening, scheduling interviews, contacting candidates, managing competitive exams, physical interviews and overseeing the employee onboarding process

  • Generate standard and custom reports from the HRIS as and when required

  • Handle day-to-day HR operations along with periodic and special assignments

  • Drafting meeting minutes, office circular and different employee communications

  • Organize different employee engagement events

  • Involvement in employer branding and promote the organization's employer brand to attract top talent

  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing the employee experience and advancing organizational objectives

  • Stay abreast of HR trends, laws, regulations and recommend changes to enhance the effectiveness of HR services
