Experience:
8+ years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years in a software/IT company.
Strong knowledge of IT recruitment, technical roles, and industry hiring practices.
Solid understanding of Bangladesh labor law, HR compliance, and operational procedures.
Ability to understand software development teams, workflows, and technical job functions.
Experience handling admin, operations, and cross-department coordination.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
Highly organized, proactive, and capable of multitasking.
Proficient in HR tools, documentation, and Google Workspace.
We are looking for a competent Manager – HR, Admin & Compliance who will lead talent acquisition and core HR functions as the primary responsibility, while also overseeing essential administrative operations and compliance requirements. This role is critical in building and retaining strong software teams, managing people operations, ensuring regulatory and policy compliance, and maintaining smooth day-to-day office operations in a growing software company.
Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end recruitment for engineers, QA, designers, and other roles.
Screen, interview, and assess candidates for technical capability and cultural fit.
Build a strong talent pipeline through job portals, referrals, and networking.
Develop and implement HR policies aligned with company goals and labor laws.
Manage onboarding, orientation, probation, confirmation, and exit processes.
Conduct performance evaluations and KPI reviews in coordination with team leads.
Maintain employee records, contracts, HR files, and HR databases.
Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and compliance matters.
Oversee day-to-day office operations, administration, attendance, and leave management.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
Manage payroll, salary processing, expenses, bills, and related financial documentation.
Communicate with external parties, including auditors, legal advisors, and service providers.
Organize team-building activities, workshops, and employee recognition programs.
