This role is designed for individuals passionate about pursuing a career in Human Resources by providing hands-on experience in different HR functions at the Head Office and Factory Locations.

The selected candidates will gain exposure to end-to-end HR processes and work closely with business leaders to ensure smooth and effective people management across the organization.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business units to identify manpower needs, prepare job descriptions, and execute end-to-end recruitment activities.

  • Source, screen, interview, and onboard candidates to ensure timely hiring of qualified talent.

  • Build and maintain a strong candidate database and support campus hiring, internship, and management trainee programs.

  • Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files with accuracy and confidentiality.

  • Assist in payroll, attendance, leave, and overtime management while ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.

  • Support HR compliance, audits, and documentation related to employee life cycle management.

  • Facilitate employee joining, confirmation, transfer, and separation processes efficiently.

  • Identify training needs through performance reviews and departmental feedback to design development initiatives.

  • Coordinate and support the execution of training, workshops, and orientation programs while maintaining proper records.

  • Promote a learning and performance-driven culture by supporting leadership development and engagement initiatives.
