This role is designed for individuals passionate about pursuing a career in Human Resources by providing hands-on experience in different HR functions at the Head Office and Factory Locations.
The selected candidates will gain exposure to end-to-end HR processes and work closely with business leaders to ensure smooth and effective people management across the organization.
Job Responsibilities:
Partner with business units to identify manpower needs, prepare job descriptions, and execute end-to-end recruitment activities.
Source, screen, interview, and onboard candidates to ensure timely hiring of qualified talent.
Build and maintain a strong candidate database and support campus hiring, internship, and management trainee programs.
Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files with accuracy and confidentiality.
Assist in payroll, attendance, leave, and overtime management while ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Support HR compliance, audits, and documentation related to employee life cycle management.
Facilitate employee joining, confirmation, transfer, and separation processes efficiently.
Identify training needs through performance reviews and departmental feedback to design development initiatives.
Coordinate and support the execution of training, workshops, and orientation programs while maintaining proper records.
Promote a learning and performance-driven culture by supporting leadership development and engagement initiatives.
