Responsibilities & Context:

Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment activities for real estate projects and corporate positions.

Coordinate manpower planning, job posting, CV screening, interview arrangements, and onboarding processes.

Oversee overall HR operations, including attendance, leave management, employee documentation, and HR compliance.

Ensure proper implementation of company HR policies, procedures, and disciplinary processes.

Provide administrative support for the head office and project operations.

Supervise office administration, logistics, vendor coordination, and general support services.

Maintain employee records, HR reports, and organizational documentation.

Support management in employee engagement, performance management, and organizational development activities.

Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth HR and administrative operations.

Prepare HR-related reports and submit updates to management regularly.
