  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle multiple tasks efficiently.



Responsibilities & Context:

We are looking for a smart and responsible Executive - HR & Admin to support daily HR, administrative, and basic accounting operations. The candidate should have good communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to maintain office discipline, documentation, and coordination efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment, interview scheduling, and candidate coordination.

  • Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and HR documentation.

  • Support onboarding, joining formalities, and employee orientation.

  • Prepare HR letters, reports, and other administrative documents.

  • Monitor daily office operations and maintain workplace discipline.

  • Coordinate office supplies, vendors, and administrative requirements.

  • Maintain employee files, company records, and confidential documents.

  • Assist management in meetings, internal coordination, and communication.

  • Maintain basic expense records, bills, invoices, and payment documents.

  • Support salary processing, reimbursement tracking, and basic accounts tasks.
