Experience:
Manager – HR & Admin will be responsible for overseeing both human resources and administrative operations to ensure smooth execution of organizational and project activities. The role includes managing recruitment and staffing for project requirements, developing and implementing HR policies in line with applicable labor laws, and supporting employee relations, performance management, and training initiatives. On the administrative side, the position will coordinate office operations, vendor and facility management, logistics, staff movement, and project-related support activities to ensure efficient day-to-day functioning. The role requires strong coordination skills, attention to compliance, and the ability to support large-scale government project operations in a structured and disciplined environment.
Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, particularly for technical, engineering, project, and field-based positions, to support ongoing business and project requirements.
Coordinate manpower planning, workforce budgeting, employee deployment, and resource allocation in line with project demands and organizational objectives.
Develop, update, and implement HR policies in alignment with organizational goals and labor law compliance, ensuring consistent communication and application across all departments, including policy briefings and employee guidance.
Monitor HR policy adherence and labor law compliance across the organization, supporting disciplinary processes, employee grievance handling, and resolution of workplace issues in a structured and confidential manner.
Maintain HR documentation and employee records, support HR audits and reporting, and assist in HR operational activities including onboarding, exits, and policy communication to ensure smooth HR governance and administration.
Administer HRIS, employee records, attendance, leave management, onboarding, confirmations, transfers, and separation processes while ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Labor Law, company policies, and group directives while maintaining efficient HR and administrative operations across the organization.
Support and facilitate Performance Management System (PMS) activities, employee engagement initiatives, and organizational development programs.
Oversee project-related administrative support, including employee mobilization, accommodation arrangements, transportation, site deployment, and operational logistics.
Coordinate local and international travel arrangements, visa processing, hotel bookings, travel documentation, and related administrative requirements for employees and management.
Manage project-related bills, administrative expenses, vendor payments, reimbursement processes, and supporting documentation to ensure timely processing and budget control.
Supervise office administration, facility management, security, housekeeping, office support staff, and workplace services to ensure uninterrupted business operations.
Manage company vehicles, transportation services, fleet utilization, maintenance schedules, and logistics support for employees and project teams.
Maintain effective relationships with vendors, service providers, landlords, government agencies, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of administrative functions.
Monitor office assets, inventories, utility services, procurement support activities, and service contracts while ensuring cost efficiency and operational effectiveness.
Prepare HR and administrative reports, workforce analytics, project support updates, and management dashboards to support business decision-making.
Act as a key coordination point between project teams, management, clients, and support functions to ensure timely delivery of administrative and operational services.
