Responsibilities & Context:

Fakir Technologies Ltd. is seeking a competent and detail-oriented Admin Associate to support the company’s administrative operations. The position is designed to ensure effective coordination of office functions, resource management, and compliance with organizational policies.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage office vehicle scheduling, maintenance, and driver supervision
  • Oversee procurement of administrative supplies, IT equipment, and general stationery
  • Process monthly bills, including rent, fuel, overtime, TA/DA, and utilities
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements (visa, accommodation, logistics)
  • Supervise office support staff to ensure efficient daily operations
  • Facilitate logistics and manpower support for delivery and movement requirements
  • Maintain inventory and distribution of office stationery and maintenance supplies
  • Provide support in recruitment activities and employee onboarding, as required
  • Arrange ID Cards, SIMs, and Visiting Cards for new employees
  • Ensure compliance with Environment, Health, Safety & Security (EHSS) standards
  • Coordinate administrative services with other departments for seamless operations
  • Maintain company legal documents, licenses, and ensure timely renewals
  • Review, verify, and recommend administrative bills for payment
  • Perform any other responsibilities assigned by the Head of Department
