• Should have skill on Access Control Systems, Fire safety & Alarm Systems, Incident Reporting & Documentation, Security Equipment Handling, Risk Assessment & Mitigation.

• Leadership, Vigilance, Integrity, Good Communication & Interpersonal Skills.

• Basic Computer knowledge (MS Office Application, Required Software operation etc.)

Job role: To maintain factory security operations to protect employees, assets and materials, ensuring compliance with company policies, legal requirements and food industry safety standards.

Key deliverables:

• Supervise all security personnel and control gate operations for manpower, materials and vehicles.

• Ensure 24/7 security coverage and proper functioning of CCTV, alarms and surveillance systems.

• Implement and enforce company safety and security policies in coordination with relevant departments.

• Investigate incidents, maintain records and manage guard duty schedules and training.

• Support management and compliance audits to ensure adherence to industry standards (ISO, HACCP, BSCI, SEDEX, WRAP etc.)
