Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Identify and pursue new energy/power storage and generation sales opportunities through comprehensive market research and effective networking.
∎ Develop and sustain strong relationships with both existing and potential customers especially RMG, Textile and other Production based factories.
∎ Conduct professional product presentations and demonstrations for prospective clients.
∎ Prepare and deliver detailed sales proposals, contracts, and agreements.
∎ Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, promptly addressing their needs and resolving any issues.
∎ Conduct regular follow-ups with customers to ensure their satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
∎ Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities.
∎ Communicate the benefits and features of products effectively to customers along with the good understanding of Total cost of ownership (TCO) and Cost benefit analysis.
∎ Prepare regular sales reports, funnel and forecasts for management review.
∎ Track sales performance against targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
∎ Bachelor’s degree or preferably master’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering/ Mechanical Engineer/ Business Administration or related subject.
∎ 4-6 years’ hands on experiences working with diesel generator sales.
∎ Exhibits extensive knowledge and best practices in the Gas/ Diesel generator sales industry especially in RMG/ Textile and production, backed by proven experience in selling diesel generators.
∎ Strong problem solving, critical thinking and analytical skills to rapidly assess problem situations.
∎ About the Role: We are seeking a proactive and result-driven professional to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales of diesel generators, building relationships with key customers, and providing market insights to support our growth in the power solutions sector.
